Whenever I contact AMG Plumbing, I am treated better than a customer. I am treated as a friend. They are always prompt and efficient. My latest call required attention to the toilet. It was a disgusting mess, yet they fixed me up as if the toilet was sparkling clean. They are very professional and willing to tackle any of my plumbing needs. Thanks, fellas!

Excellent experience all around! It was easy to make an appointment, communication was great (text notifications about appointment times, repairman headed to my house, and link to review photos of the complete service process), and the service was phenomenal (fast, efficient, clean, and professional). I selected AMG at first because they have been frequent supporters of our school's PTA, and the sincere service Seth and his team has shown our school only extended to their service call to my home. The AMG team exceeded my expectations!!

I had an exceptional good experience with AMG Plumbing this morning. My appointment was for 8-9 am. Grayson and Dexter arrived at 8 am. I have 67 year old plumbing. The bathtub faucets were not working properly. Sometimes I could not turn the water off. They identified the issue and made phone calls looking for parts. I am amazed this only took 1.5 hours. AMG came by and quickly diagnosed a mess under my kitchen sink that had been plumbed incorrectly by a previous contractor. They worked to find the simplest and most cost effective solution, even calling to consult their supervisor to ensure the problem was solved correctly. They were so polite and communicated problems and solutions clearly without treating me like a dumb female. I am happy with the work they did and would call them back in a heartbeat.

Seth, the owner, was very communicative and checked in with us multiple times throughout the process. All of his employees were very professional and kind. My kitchen sink stopped draining the other night after using the garbage disposal, and AMG was there the very next day and fixed it right up. Jonathan had to climb on the roof to clear the vent, and didn't hesitate to do so. He also triple checked to make sure the problem was fully resolved before leaving. Their staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to diagnose things and get the job done. As a woman, I also appreciate the fact that none of their men ever talk down to me, want to confirm anything with my husband, or make me feel icky for having them in my house. Gentlemen and skilled tradesmen all around.

Lewis & his colleague did a superb job. They were on time and very professional. Both times we have had AMG to the house, they assessed and took care of the issues quickly. I appreciate the way they are constantly training their colleagues and teaching as they do the work. I highly recommend AMG and they are now my “go to” plumber.

Seth and his team are second to none. They are all so incredibly knowledgeable and fair about the work that they perform. They not only got over to help us out immediately in our time of need, they also took the time to explain the repair/replacement process and let us know how the major parts of our plumbing system work with each other and what to look out for. We got an incredible repair job, a newfound knowledge of our plumbing system and exceptional service all in one call to these guys. They truly do care about your specific case and do all they can to get you back and better than ever as quickly as possible. I cannot recommend these guys enough, and I’m extremely thankful for them!

I was very pleased with the service I received from AMG plumbing. They were great about informing me about what time they would be arriving and were even able to show up a little early which was great. The service guys listened to all my issues with all 3 toilets and worked on each one to make sure they worked perfectly before they left and had all the parts needed with them. They even volunteered to install a new toilet seat I had purchased. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and well informed. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

Grayson and his boss ( I forgot to get his name) we very friendly. efficient and professional. They came on time and answered all my questions regarding washer and dryer installation. I highly recommend AMG Plumbing
